Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turns is amended by adding the following:
 
Eastbound traffic on East State Street right turn onto North Prospect Avenue
 
Part 2.  Section 101-12-4-b of the Code relating to Multiple Turn Lanes is amended by striking the following:
 
"Southbound North 4th Street right turns onto West Kilbourn Avenue"
 
Part 3.  Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
 
On South 13th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Arthur Avenue
 
Part 4.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
 
On East Otjen Street at South Williams Street
 
On West Walker Street and South 11th Street in all directions
 
Part 5.  Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by striking the following:
 
"On East State Street from North Prospect Avenue to North 17th Street in a westerly direction"
 
Part 6.  Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by adding the following:
 
On East State Street from North Van Buren Street to the Milwaukee River westbound
 
On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 17th Street westbound
