This resolution accepts Water Easements WE664, WE888B, WE913, and WE915, and authorizes and directs the proper City officers to execute Grant of Permission WE912.

Whereas, The following Water Easements and Grant of Permission are necessary for the Milwaukee Water Works to operate and maintain water mains:
WE664 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Suburban Centers of Wisconsin, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 2007, Parcel 2 at 420’ N/O W. College Ave., from S. 27th St. to 430’ W/O S. 27th St., in the City of Greenfield.
WE888B executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Burbach Homes, Inc., for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 7031 from W. Edgerton Ave. to 131’ S/O W. Edgerton Ave., in the City of Greenfield.
WE913 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Woodland Land Investment, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 7453, Parcels 1, 2, and 3, from 600’ E/O S. 88th St. to 300’ E/O S. 88th St. and 100’ N/O W. Waterford Ave. to 120’ S/O W. Waterford Ave., in the City of Greenfield.
WE915 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and The 1818 LLC, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated S. Ferry St., from E. Seeboth St. to E. Pittsburgh Ave., in the City of Milwaukee.
