Substitute resolution amending a special privilege granted to Campus Neighborhood Associates, Inc., to install, use and maintain an excessive door swing projection encroaching into the public right-of-way abutting the premises at 1625 West Wells Street, to now change the name of the grantee of the special privilege to Hilltop Enterprises, Inc., in the 4th Aldermanic District in the City of Milwaukee.

BODY:
Whereas, Campus Neighborhood Associates, Inc. was granted a special privilege to install, use and maintain an excessive door swing projection encroaching on the north side of West Wells Street adjacent to the premises at 1625 West Wells Street; and
Whereas, The current owner of the property is Hilltop Enterprises, Inc. and should now be named as grantee of the special privilege; and
Whereas, Said encroachment may only legally occupy the public way by the granting of a special privilege; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Common Council Resolution File Number 921893 is hereby rescinded; and, be it
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Hilltop Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 1881, Milwaukee, WI 53201-1881, is hereby granted the following special privilege:
