Whereas, the Authority issued a Request for Proposal for unarmed security guard services on May 2, 2024 and received multiple qualified respondents; and
Whereas, the respondent's proposals were reviewed by the Bid Committee and a recommendation was made to the Executive Director to execute a contract with Security Officer Services, Inc.; and
Whereas, the selected vendor has agreed to perform all requirements outlined in their contract including its commitment to Small Business Enterprise participation and Residents Preference Program participation; and
Whereas, the unarmed security guard services will be paid for using funds associated with the Century City Business Park rental income and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the Executive Director is authorized to execute a contract for unarmed security services with Security Officer Services, Inc. at the Century City Business Park.
