Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 37th St. - N. Hopkins St. to W. Hampton Ave. (ST211220178) File Number 211860: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk. and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (5’ to 7’ width of tree border area), tree removal as necessary, and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $18,400; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $160,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $200,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2025 construction season.

6th Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Atkinson Av., W. Finn Pl (Extended), N. 10th St., N. 11th St. (southerly 50’ +/-) (ST21200101) File Number 041565: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, and grading.
