Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT2) to Single-Family Residential (RS6) on land located on the West Side of North 24th Place and North of West Roosevelt Drive, in the 1st Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance corrects the zoning map where mixed zoning has been created either by a combination or division of a lot as required by the new zoning code that became effective October 1, 2002. This zoning change was initiated by the Department of City Development.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-501.1(b).0001. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 24th Place, the north line of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 7157, a line 40 feet South of the north line of Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 7157 and a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 24th Place, from Two-Family Residential (RT2) to Single-Family Residential (RS6).
