Body
Whereas, Ruth C. Storniolo, with her property located at 1170 North 50th Street, has offered $475 to purchase one-half of said vacant, tax-deed lot adjoining her property; and
Whereas, Roberto E. Delvalle and Marie C. Delvalle, with their property located at 1160 North 50th Street, have offered $475 to purchase the other half of said vacant, tax-deed lot adjoining their property; and
Whereas, Said lot is being sold in an "as is" condition and the City makes no representations as to soil or subsoil condition; and
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has determined that said lot is surplus to municipal needs; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said lot is declared surplus, that the Offers from Ruth C. Storniolo and Roberto E. Delvalle and Marie C. Delvalle are accepted, that the Commissioner of DCD, or assigns, is authorized and directed to perform such acts as necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution and that the proceeds from the sale, less a 20 percent disposition cost reimbursement to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee, be credited to the Reserve For Tax Deficit Fund, Account No. 0001-334106.
