Whereas, Mr. Mohammad Shafi, M.D., President of Al-Qur'an Foundation, Inc., owner of Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map Number 5713, located south of West Brown Deer Road and east of North 124th Street, has requested the naming of North Alquran Court for a private right-of- way extending southerly on this property; and
Whereas, Mr. Mohammad Shafi, M. D. has agreed to comply with the provisions of Ordinance Number 88, Common Council File Number 72-2073, which provides for the naming of private rights-of-way; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following described right- of-way be named as follows:
NORTH ALQURAN COURT
A private street of variable width in Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map Number 5713, being a division of lands in the northeast one-quarter of the northwest One-Quarter of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, the center line of which is described as follows: commencing at the northeast corner of said One-Quarter Section; thence South 86 degrees 08 minutes 37 seconds west along the north line of said One-Quarter Section 840.00 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 30 minutes 33 seconds East 75.13 feet to the south line of West Brown Deer Road and the northeast corner of P...
