Resolution accepting three Water Easements (Department of City Development).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easements offered the City:
Water Easement WE-806, executed by the City of St. Francis, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Thompson Meadows, L.L.C., for a permanent water main easement from 320 feet more or less north of East Norwich Avenue to East Norwich Avenue at 350 feet more or less west of South Barland Avenue, in the City of St. Francis.
Water Easement WE-836, executed by the City of Franklin, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and American Stores Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, for a permanent water main easement located in Certified Survey Map No. 2312, Parcels 2 and 3, north of West Sycamore Street, west of South 27th Street, in the City of Franklin.
Water Easement WE-829, executed by the City of Greenfield, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and MSI Land Exchange, L.L.C., for a permanent water main easement located in Parcel 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 439 and Parcel "A" of Certified Survey Map No. 2052 at 550 feet to 870 feet west of South 76th Street and 600 feet north of West Layton Avenue to West Layton Avenue, in the City of Greenfield.
are accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
