Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said the wing collapsed before the city owned it. Ms. Jacqueline Drayer said the city took possession under tax foreclosure in March. The collapsed wing does not contribute to the character of the house; the foundation will be kept by the city. This wing was constructed in 1960 and is not very visible from the street.
