WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R13096, adopted on October 11, 2019, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) approved the incorporation of Endeavor, Inc. to act as the community and supportive services arm of HACM; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to this Resolution HACM desires to appoint an initial Board of Directors for Endeavor, Inc. and to approve corporate Bylaws in the form on file with the Secretary; now therefore, be it:

RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of HACM, that the following individuals be and hereby are appointed to the Board of Directors of Endeavor, Inc.: 

                                                               Kenneth Barbeau

                                                               Susan Lloyd

                                                               Brooke VandeBerg

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Bylaws of Endeavor, Inc.in the form on file with the Secretary are hereby approved.
