BODY:
Whereas, Additional funds are needed to provide benefits required by state statute and contract obligation for the old Town of Lake fire annuity members; and
Whereas, These funds are required because the assumed attrition rate did not occur and benefit levels are subject to annual increases; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $5,214.36 is appropriated from the Common Council Contingent Fund Account Number 09-910-8000 and transferred to the Special Purpose Account Number 08-430-8100, Fire Annuity and Benefits Fund.
