WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) consistently strives to employ strategic methods to support the mission of the organization. The EMPLOYEE LOYALTY AND SERVICE AWARD POLICY is in appreciation of dedicated service to HACM and recognizes employees as they reach milestone anniversaries of employment and retirement.

WHEREAS, HACM recognizes the service award as a valuable component of an organization's overall employee recognition efforts.

RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that the HACM EMPLOYEE LOYALTY AND SERVICE AWARD POLICY is hereby approved; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director authorize the appropriate staff to take all action necessary to begin implementation of the HACM EMPLOYEE LOYALTY AND SERVICE AWARD POLICY
