Whereas, The Licenses Committee received a notarized complaint from Ms. Katina Robertson-Johnson requesting revocation of the Class “B” Tavern license for the premises at 4001 W. Fond du Lac Avenue (All Stars Sports Bar & Grill) in the 7^th aldermanic district; and

Whereas, An evidentiary hearing was scheduled before the Licenses Committee on October 30^th at 8:15 a.m. to consider the revocation request; and

Whereas, After considering the testimony and the police report at said date and time, the Committee found that enough evidence did not exist to justify a revocation of the license; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the revocation request of Ms. Katina Robertson-Johnson for the premises at 4001 W. Fond du Lac (All Stars Sports Bar & Grill) has been denied based upon the testimony provided and the police report.
