Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-501.2(c).0007. The zoning map is amended for the area bounded and described as follows:

 

The zoning line within North 12th Street, the zoning line within West Brown Street, a line 171 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 12th Street, the zoning line within West Reservoir Avenue, the zoning line within the North-South alley between North 12th Street and North 13th Street, and a line 180 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Walnut Street, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
