The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

E. Geneva Pl. - N. Oakland Ave. to N. Bartlett Ave. ST21190171 (871-0797-0) File Number 961351: Widen the roadway to the south from 30 feet to 40 feet: asphalt pavement reconstruction, replace all curb and gutter, replace driveway approaches, sodding and tree removal as necessary, and grading.
