Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by Scott Crawford, Inc. and will allow a multi-family residential development on a portion of the subject site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  That is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 11919 W Bradley Rd, Tax Key No. 076-9996-112, from Single-Family Residential (RS2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM3).
