Excused: 1 - Ald. Henningsen. The Clerk questioned whether the following applicants or their Counsel present and wish to address the Council: - Thomas W. Michels not present. - DeWayne J. Quinn not present. - Louise D. Brown was present and wished to address the Council. ALD. CAMERON-ROLLINS moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Louise D. Brown relative to the foregoing matter. PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE The Clerk swore in Ms. Brown. Mrs. Louise D. Brown and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD. GORDON moved that the Committee do now rise. The motion prevailed. ALD. JOHNSON-ODOM moved to approve the license of Louise D. Brown nothwithstanding the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee. The motion failed by the following vote: Ayes: 6 - Ald. D'Amato, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Scherbert, Hines and Ald. Pratt. Noes: 10 - Ald. Herron, Bohl, Donovan, Richards, Cameron-Rollins, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli and Murphy. Excused: 1 - Ald. Henningsen. ALD. NARDELLI moved to renew the Class "B" Tavern with denial of the Tavern Dance License. The motion failed by the following vote: Ayes: 1 - Ald. Nardelli. Noes: 15 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Bohl, Johnon-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron-Rollins, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt. Excused: 1 - Ald. Henningsen. ALD. JOHNSON-ODOM moved to renew Class "b" Tavern and renew Tavern Dance with 15-day suspension. The motion failed by the following vote: Ayes: 7 - Ald. D'Amato, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Scherbert, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt. Noes: 9 - Ald. Herron, Bohl, Donovan, Richards, Cameron-Rollins, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier and Nardelli. Excused: 1 - Ald. Henningsen. The Clerk swore in Mr. McWillie Anderson D. McWillie appeared and adressed the Council. ALD. SANCHEZ moved moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Anderson D. McWillie relative tot he foregoing matter. MURPHY moved that the Committee do now rise. Gary J. Moore, Sr.'s counsel appeared and wished to address the Council. ALD. BOHL moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Attorney Eduardo M. Borda relative to the foregoing matter. PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE Attorney Eduardo M. Borda and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter. ALD. CAMERON-ROLLINS moved that the Committee do now rise. ALD. GORDON moved for renewal with a 90- day suspension of Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance License of Gary J. Moore, Sr. The motion failed by the following vote: Ayes: 3 - Ald. Gordon, Hines and President Pratt. Noes: 13 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Donovan, Richards, Cameron-Rollins, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy. Excused: 1 - Ald. Henningsen. - Clarence Germershausen was present and wished to address the Council. ALD. BREIER moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Clarence Germershausen relative to the foregoing matter.
