Passage of this substitute ordinance will permit an increase in the density under the previously approved plan from 160 to 212 units.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read:

Section 295-810(2)(a).0040.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295- 810(1) of the Milwaukee Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee herewith approves the amended general plan for a general planned development known as Arbor Ridge Apartment Homes, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is hereby amended so as to redesignate as General Planned Development the area bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, said point also being the point of intersection of the centerline of North 107th Street and the centerline of West Bradley Road; thence North 87 deg. 19 min. 25 sec. East along the centerline of West Bradley Road 223.72 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 02 min. 52 sec. East 270.00 feet to a point; thence North 87 deg. 19 min. 25 sec. East 440.00 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 02 min. 52 sec. East 1054.86 feet to a point; thence South 87 deg. 17 min. 20 sec.
