Substitute ordinance relating to the approval of an amended general plan for a planned development known as Arbor Ridge Apartment Homes (formerly Sunrise View Apartments), lands located on the east side of North 107th Street and south of West Bradley Road, in the 15th Aldermanic District.

Passage of this substitute ordinance will permit an increase in the density under the previously approved plan from 160 to 212 units.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read:

Section 295-810(2)(a).0040.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295- 810(1) of the Milwaukee Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee herewith approves the amended general plan for a general planned development known as Arbor Ridge Apartment Homes, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is hereby amended so as to redesignate as General Planned Development the area bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, said point also being the point of intersection of the centerline of North 107th Street and the centerline of West Bradley Road; thence North 87 deg. 19 min. 25 sec. East along the centerline of West Bradley Road 223.72 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 02 min. 52 sec. East 270.00 feet to a point; thence North 87 deg. 19 min. 25 sec. East 440.00 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 02 min. 52 sec. East 1054.86 feet to a point; thence South 87 deg. 17 min. 20 sec. West 479.24 feet to a point; thence Due North 234.70 feet to a point; then...
