Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

1st Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Douglas Ave., W. Kaul Ave., N. 37th St. and N. 38th St. (ST212160106). File Number 150229: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where necessary. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $59,000; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $70,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $141,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season
