Whereas, The Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau, desires to install and maintain communication cabling in existing City-owned conduit within West Wells Street, North Plankinton Avenue and West Wisconsin Avenue to connect the Midwest Express Center, 400 West Wisconsin Avenue, and the Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau facilities at 101 West Wisconsin Avenue; and

Whereas, Said communication cabling may only be permitted to occupy the public right-of-way by the adoption of a special privilege by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Greater Milwaukee Convention and Visitors Bureau, 101 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
