This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to enter into agreements with Milwaukee County's Department of Public Works for the operation and maintenance of traffic control signals at the five subject intersections.
Body
Whereas, The City and the County of Milwaukee believe that these agreements are necessary to provide clear and consistent participation between the agencies for operating and maintaining the traffic control signals at the five subject intersections.
Whereas, The issues of cost sharing, responsibility, and liability will be described and agreed to in these agreements; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to enter into agreements between the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County's Department of Public Works for the operation and maintenance of traffic control signals at the five subject intersections.
