Title

This substitute ordinance changes the offices and positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Office of the Director), Department of Emergency Communications, Health Department (Clinical Services Division; Family & Community Health Division; Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division), Police Department

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240765 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Health Department, Family & Community Health Division, amend footnote (FFHV) to read:

(FFHV) To expire 9/30/2026 unless the Family Foundations Home Visiting grant is extended.

Under Health Department; Policy, Innovation & Engagement Division; Public Health Strategy”, delete one position of “Public Health Strategist (X)(Y)(PHI)” and add one position of “Marketing & Communications Coordinator (X)(PHI)”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 240765 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 21, 2025 - September 28, 2025):

Under Department of Administration, Office of the Director, Office of African American Affairs, delete one position of “Program Manager” and add one position of “Community Program Coordinator”.

Under Department of Emergency Communications, delete one position of “Business Systems Manager” and add one position of “Emergency Communications Technical Support and Integration Engineer”.

Under Health Department, Clinical Services Division, Laboratory, delete one position of “Microbiologist” and add one position of “Chemist”.
