Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
15th Aldermanic District
N. 27th St. - W. Locust St., W. Center St. and W. North Ave. Intersections (ST3201909XX) (2265-00-78) File Number 181739: Traffic signal improvements. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season and tied to 2674-02-70: W. Walnut St. - N. 12th St. to N. 20th St. reconstruction.
Grantor Non-Reimbursable Paving Fund -- $1,150,400.78
Grantor Reimbursable Paving Fund -- $172,560.12
City Share Assessable Paving Fund -- $0
City Share Non Assessable Paving Fund --$323,988.19
