Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the staffing of the city information management committee.

Analysis
This ordinance assigns the city clerk's office to provide clerical support to the city information management committee.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 320-31-6 of the code is amended to read:
 
320-31. City Information Management Committee.
6.  STAFFING.  The department of administration shall provide staff support to the committee.  The chief information officer shall serve as its executive secretary. The city attorney shall designate an assistant city attorney to be present at all meetings of the committee.  >>The city clerk's office shall provide clerical support to the committee.
