Analysis

This resolution accepts an Easement Document, sewer easement SE-2691, for the construction and maintenance of combined relief sewers in Vacated West Meinecke Avenue, west of the Soo Line Railroad Right-Of-Way in the 7^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee desires to install a 72 inch diameter combined relief sewer in Vacated West Meinecke Avenue, west of the Soo Line Railroad Right-Of-Way in the 7^th Aldermanic District; and

Whereas, Park Industrial Center is the current owner of tax key number 326-0538-100-5 which includes the portion of Vacated West Meinecke Avenue in which the 72 inch combined relief sewer will be installed; and

Whereas, Park Industrial Center has agreed to provide the City with an easement on their portion of Vacated West Meinecke Avenue which will allow the City to construct and maintain said sewer; and

Whereas, An Easement Document, sewer easement SE-2691, has been drafted, executed by the necessary parties and approved by the City Attorney; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Easement Document, sewer easement SE-2691, a copy of said easement document being attached to the Common Council File Number 010331 and incorporated by reference as though set forth in full, be and is hereby accepted; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after recording, copies of the easement document shall be distributed, with the original document being sent to the City Comptroller's office for safekeeping.
