Analysis
This resolution authorizes the removal of board and commission members determined by the Ethics Board to be delinquent in the filing of their statements of economic interests.

Body
Whereas, Under s. 303-11 of the Code of Ordinances, officials are required to file a statement of economic interests with the Ethics Board; and

Whereas, The Ethics Board has complied with the notice requirements set forth in s. 303-11; and

Whereas, 45 days from the date required for filing statements of economic interests has passed and the following officials have still failed to file their statements of economic interests for the year 2024:

1. Theresa Garrison of the Bronzeville Advisory Committee
2. Rayhainio Boynes of the Bronzeville Advisory Committee
3. Catina Harwell-Young of the Charter School Review Committee
4. Jacqueline Cook of the Equal Rights Commission
5. Dana World-Patterson of the Fire and Police Commission
6. Nicholas Hans Robinson of the Historic Preservation Commission
7. Dorothy York of the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board
8. Byron Marshall of the Safety and Civic Commission
9. Solana Patterson-Ramos of the Safety and Civic Commission

; and

Whereas, In accordance with the requirements set forth in s. 303-11, the Ethics Board has filed a complaint with the Common Council recommending removal of the above-named officials from their respective boards, committees, and commissions; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following board, committee, and commission members are determined by the Board of Ethics to be delinquent in the filing of their statements of economic interests and shall be removed from their respective boards, committee...
