Analysis
This ordinance modifies the limited use standards for principal use parking lots in the IM industrial-mixed zoning district to be consistent with the limited use standards for principal use parking lots in the LB3 local business zoning district.  Specifically, the ordinance reduces the maximum width of the paved parking area from 60 feet to 45 feet and provides that the parking lot shall not be located on a corner lot.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 295-803-2-p-1 of the code is amended to read:
 
295-803.  Uses.   
 
2.  LIMITED USE STANDARDS.  
 
p.  Parking Lot, Principal Use.
 
p-1.  The width of the paved parking area shall not exceed [[60]] >>45<< feet as measured from side lot line to side lot line.
 
Part 2.  Section 295-803-2-p-4 of the code is created to read:
 
p-4.  The parking lot shall not be located on a corner lot.
