BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-824, executed by the City of Cudahy, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Cudahy Senior Housing, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company, for a permanent water main easement in Certified Survey Map No. 6292, Parcel 3, at 440 feet more or less north of East Layton Avenue from South Nicholson Avenue to 500 feet more or less east of South Nicholson Avenue, in the City of Cudahy.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
