Whereas, Weed cutting charges were made against a parcel of real estate in 1997; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to amend the 1997 Tax Roll by reducing the weed cutting charges from $55.00 to $27.50 per decision of the Administrative Review Appeals Board, to the possessor of the 1997 tax bill for Key Number 348-0593-6 also known as 2175-77 N. 39th St., chargeable to Fund Number 01-565-9472-088; and be it
Further Resolved, That no interest be paid on the delinquent charge in this resolution.
