BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the following easement offered the City:

Water Easement WE-828, executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Arbor Ridge, LLC, for a permanent water main easement from 1,280 feet north of West Calumet Road to 600 feet south of West Bradley Road and from 600 feet east of North 107th Street to North 107th Street, in the City of Milwaukee.

is accepted, ordered recorded by the City Real Estate Officer, and thereafter kept on file in the Office of the City Comptroller.
