Title
Ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2), on land located on the West Side of South Muskego Avenue and South of West Bow Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This ordinance will change the zoning to a single base zoning district to allow for the sale of City-owned property for expansion of an existing used car sales facility.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601(2).0013. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along South Muskego Avenue, a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Muskego Avenue, a line 150 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Bow Street and a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Bow Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
