Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Seeboth Street commencing at a point 58 feet east of the east curb line of South 2nd Street and extending to the end of the railroad right-of-way from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM"

"On the east side of South 5th Place from a point 150 feet south of West Harrison Avenue to West Burnham Street during snow emergencies from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM"

"On the easterly side of West Tomah Place from North 16th Street south to the end of the street at any time"

"On the west side of North Sherman Boulevard from the north curb line of West Center Street to a point 170 feet north thereof at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 31st Street from West Mitchell Street to West Burnham Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM

On the east side of South 32nd Street from West Mitchell Street to West Burnham Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of South 11th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to the alley north thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM"

"On the west side of North 13th Street from West Walnut Street to West Fond du Lac Avenue"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Walnut Street from North 24th Place to North 25th Street"

"On West North Avenue from North 28th to North 32nd Streets"
