This resolution grants a special privilege resolution to Wisconsin Lutheran College Conference, Inc., permitting the installation and maintenance of communication cabling under and across North 89th Street, extending between 529 North 89th Street and 8890 West Bluemound Road.

BODY:
Whereas, Wisconsin Lutheran College Conference, Inc., desires to install and maintain communication cabling within North 89th Street to connect the facilities at 529 North 89th Street and 8890 West Bluemound Road; and

Whereas, Said communication cabling may only be permitted to occupy the public right-of-way by the adoption of a special privilege by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Wisconsin Lutheran College Conference, Inc., 8800 West Bluemound Road, Milwaukee, WI 53226 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To install and maintain a 3-inch diameter PVC conduit under and across North 89th Street, beginning at a point on the westline of North 89th Street, approximately 198 feet north of the northline of West Bluemound Road, and extending approximately 60 feet east to a point on the eastline of North 89th Street.

Said conduit is proposed to be located approximately 2 feet below grade. Grantee shall provide "as-built" plans of the conduit installation to the City Engineer in a timely manner.
