Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 10th Street from West Mitchell Street to West Lapham Boulevard”
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 7th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 150 feet north from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 8th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 8th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet south from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 10th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet north from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 10th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet south from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On the east side of South 11th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet south from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On the west side of South 11th Street from W. Mitchell Street to West Maple Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On the west side of South 11th Street from a point 120 feet north of West Mitchell Street to a point 140 feet further north from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 12th Street from West Mitchell Street to a point 120 feet north from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
“On South 13th Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Maple Street from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
