This resolution approves an Affidavit that corrects the dimensions of Outlots 1, 2 and 3 for the River Ridge subdivision.

Whereas, River Ridge, a recorded subdivision, being a division of part of Parcels 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6202, being part of the Southwest 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Town 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 8795731 on June 2, 2004; and
Whereas, Eric R. Sturm, Surveyor, has submitted an Affidavit correcting Outlot data contained in said subdivision plat pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
