This resolution conditionally approves a final certified survey map.

Body

Whereas, The Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final certified survey map by Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers, Inc; and

Whereas, The final certified survey map combines two parcels into one parcel; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final certified survey maps; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following certified survey map be and hereby is conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A:
