The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $441,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $658,000.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

10th Aldermanic District

W. State St. - N. 46th St. to 450’ west of N. 50th Pl. (SM495200031) File Number 200229: Sanitary sewer relay and lining. (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $211,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $223,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2020 construction season.

14th Aldermanic District

S. 11th St. (& Water easement-684) - W. Cleveland Ave. to 435’ south of W. Cleveland Ave. (WT410160636) File Number 150118: Relaying water main and replace original lead service. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $0; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $105,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $120,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.
