Analysis

This ordinance amends a footnote in the code of ordinances to state that enforcement of the code provisions relating to deconstruction of one- to 4-unit residential structures will be stayed until March 1, 2026.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  The footnote immediately following s. 218-10 of the code is amended to read:

Enforcement of s. 218-10 Is stayed until [[
March 1, 2025]] >>March 1, 2026<<.
