Walnut St. - N. 12th St. to N. 20th St. (ST3201903XX) Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches as necessary, sodding (9.5' width of tree border area), grading, separated bike lanes, signals, street lighting, and storm sewer. Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

4th and 15th Aldermanic Districts

W. Vliet St. - N. 12th St. to N. 27th St. (ST3202208XX) (2984-00-74) File Number 220615: Concrete pavement reconstruction, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches as necessary, signals, street lighting, storm sewer, and grading. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.
