Analysis
The approved collective bargaining agreement between the city of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Police Association for 2004-2006 includes provisions that the annual certification payment received by a police officer is to increase to $1,000 effective for calendar year 2004, to $1,100 for calendar year 2005, and to $1,260 for calendar year 2006 and each calendar year thereafter.
