Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
7th Aldermanic District
N. 55th St. - W. Townsend St. to W. Keefe Ave. (SM495250059) File Number 251012: Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $194,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $209,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
N. 58th St. - 300’ +/- south of W. Keefe Ave. to W. Keefe Ave. (SM495250060) File Number 251012: Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $123,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
