Analysis
This ordinance provides that the annual step increase in salaries of the mayor and members of the common council, which was deferred from pay period 10 to pay period 23 and then to pay period 25 in 2002, is further deferred and shall take place in pay period 1 in 2003.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 1 of file number 011071, passed December 21, 2001, as amended, is further amended to read:
[[In]] >>The<< 2002 [[the]] annual step increases in the salaries of the mayor and members of the common council prescribed in s.350-100 shall take place in pay period [[25]] >>1 in 2003<<.
