Body
Whereas, The City and the Kohn Law Firm entered into a collection services agreement dated January 7, 2002; and
Whereas; The parties are interested in amending the fee provisions of the collection services agreement to set forth a fee to cover collection services with respect to the pilot program for collection of delinquent real estate taxes for current and future tax year levies; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the proposed amendment to the agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Kohn Law Firm, a copy of which is attached to the file, be and hereby is approved and the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Milwaukee.
