Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Office (IO1) to Commercial Service (CS), on land located on the East Side of North Teutonia Avenue and North of West Good Hope Road, in the 1st Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the zoning to allow for a church in a former sit-down restaurant. The Department of City Development recommends expanding the zoning change area to include other properties with existing warehousing, storage and office uses.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.4.0005. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North Teutonia Avenue, a line 396.59 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Calumet Road, the west line of the Wisconsin Central United Railroad right-of-way and the south line of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 3846, from Industrial Office (IO1) to Commercial Service (CS).
