Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

10th Aldermanic District

N. 35th St. at W. Burleigh St. (WT410041098): Butterfly valve. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)

11th Aldermanic District

W. Burdick Ave. - S. 86th St. to S. 88th St. (WT410041101): Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)

15th Aldermanic District

N. 113th St. - 200 feet m/l south of W. Sanctuary Dr. to 200 feet m/l north of W. Sanctuary Dr. (WT430023003): Water main extension. (Developer Water Fund -- $5,000)
