Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Vollmer Avenue from the west curb line of South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"

"On the south side of East Vollmer Avenue from the west curb line of South Kinnickinnic Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of North Riverboat Road from a point 45 feet east of North Weil Street to a point 85 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Dakota Street from South 31^st Street to South 33^rd Street"

"On West Dakota Street from South 33^rd Street to South 34^th Street except permit"

"On West Dakota Street from South 33^rd Street to South 34^th Street"

"On South 33^rd Street from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street"

"On South 34^th Street from West Manitoba Street to West Oklahoma Avenue"

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Grant Street from South 20^th Street to South 21^st Street

On South 36^th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street
