This special privilege grants Allen-Bradley, Inc. permission to place an access card reader box with underground conduit, which encroach into the public right-of-way on West Madison Street adjacent to the parking structure at 1201 South 3rd Street.


BODY:
Whereas, Allen-Bradley, Inc. proposes to place an access card reader box with underground conduit in the public right-of-way on the north side of West Madison Street, at an entrance to the new parking structure at 1201 South 3rd Street; and

Whereas, Encroachment of the access card reader box with conduit in the public right-of-way can only be allowed through the adoption of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Allen-Bradley Company, Inc., 1201 South 2nd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207, is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To place, use and maintain an access card reader box in the public right-of-way on the north side of West Madison Street. Said box is to be centered approximately 140 feet east of the eastline of South 4th Street and 3 feet

south of the northline of West Madison Street. Electrical conduit runs from the card reader box to an access gate at the adjacent parking structure, for automatic gate operation.

Said access card reader box and conduit shall be placed, used and maintained to the approval of the Commissioners of Public Works and Building Inspection; and, be it
