Body
Whereas, The applicant has petitioned to install underground conduit under and across South 19th Street, south of West Potawatomi Circle; and

Whereas, Said underground conduit will carry power from an existing parking structure to a proposed parking lot to be built west of West Potawatomi Circle; and

Whereas, Said underground conduit may only legally occupy the public right-of-way by the granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Forest County Potawatomi Community of Wisconsin, Robert J. Fenlon, Agent, 101 West Pleasant Street, Suite 104, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To keep and maintain an underground conduit package comprised of four, 2-inch pipes crossing the 50-foot wide right-of-way of South 19th Street approximately 3 feet south of the southline of West Potawatomi Circle. Said underground conduits shall be a minimum of 24 inches below the street surface.

Said conduits shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege. Said underground conduit shall be ma...
