BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $360.00 payable to Attorney Gerald P. Boyle, 1124 West Wells Street, 53233, to reimburse him for legal fees for defense of Police Sergeant Mark Stanmeyer;
and, be it
Further Resolved, That the check is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Fund No. 01-149-06382 -- 013-8001.
